Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using wellnesscarenutri.com, requesting an appointment, subscribing to our communications, or engaging any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or our services.

About our services

Wellness Care Nutri provides wellness, nutrition, preventive health and related guidance across general healthcare, dental health, wellness and nutrition, weight loss, hair and skin treatment, joint and bone health, cardio health, men's and women's health, memory and neuro health, and health insurance guidance.

Services may be delivered in person, by video, by telephone or in writing. Availability, format and practitioner allocation depend on your needs and on scheduling at the time of booking.

Our content is not medical advice

Everything published on this website — articles, recipes, guides, FAQs and newsletters — is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician or other qualified health professional.

Appointments, rescheduling and cancellations

• Appointments are confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from our team. Submitting an enquiry form does not by itself book a slot.
• Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations and repeated no-shows reduce availability for other clients and may affect future booking options.
• If you arrive significantly late, the session may be shortened so that the following appointment is not affected.
• Online consultations require a stable connection and a private space. If technology fails on either side, we will reschedule at no cost to you.
• Practitioner assignment may change where necessary; we will always tell you in advance.

Fees, payments and refunds

Applicable fees for consultations, programmes and reports are shared with you before you commit, and we will explain what is included. We do not add surprise charges.

• Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or at the end of the session, whichever is specified.
• Where a programme is paid in advance and you choose to stop, we will discuss a fair refund for undelivered sessions in line with the terms quoted to you.
• Fees for third-party services — diagnostic tests, specialist referrals, pharmacy purchases or insurance products — are set and charged by those providers, not by us.
• Receipts and documentation needed for insurance claims are provided on request.

Your responsibilities

Good outcomes depend on honest two-way communication. When you use our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information about your health history, medication, allergies and lifestyle.
• Tell us promptly about changes in your condition, new symptoms or new medication.
• Follow guidance to the best of your ability, and tell us when something is not working rather than stopping silently.
• Treat our practitioners and staff with respect. We may decline or end services where behaviour is abusive, threatening or discriminatory.
• Use the website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, probe, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Not resell, republish or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Health insurance guidance

Our health insurance service provides educational guidance to help you understand plans, benefits, networks, documentation and claims.

• We explain options in plain language so you can make an informed decision. The decision, and the contract with the insurer, remains yours.
• We do not guarantee approval, coverage, claim outcomes or settlement amounts — those are determined solely by the insurer under the policy terms.
• You are responsible for verifying policy details with the insurer before purchase and for disclosing accurate information in any application.
• Guidance is based on the information you provide and on the documents available at the time.

Newsletter subscription terms

Subscribing to the Wellness Letter means you agree to receive email communications about nutrition, preventive health, recipes and practice updates.

• Subscription is free, optional and never a condition of receiving care.
• You can choose which topics you receive and change those preferences at any time.
• You can unsubscribe at any moment through the link in an email or through our unsubscribe page. We action removals promptly.
• You agree to provide a valid email address that belongs to you, and not to subscribe someone else without their permission.
• We may pause or discontinue the newsletter at our discretion, with notice where practical.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, articles, recipes, illustrations, photography, logos, layout and design — is owned by Wellness Care Nutri or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may read, download and print material for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may share links to our pages freely.
